| PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | Provide labor-related information through labor consultations, seminars, and publications, investigate and research labor topics, hold events related to policy proposals, and contribute to bettering the societal labor environment and conditions. We also have general daily life consultations, programs for livelihood support (including for foreigners), improve societal poverty, and promote community organizations. |
| INTRODUCTION | NPO POSSE is a group which aims to create a society where everyone can live and work with peace of mind, while trying to solve problems relating to labor and poverty. In addition to advice and consultations on how to exercise your rights, we are also active in improving labor and poverty in society through distributing different kinds of media. We offer free consultations on labor problems, livelihood support, and tuition. We have over 2000 consultations a year. Centered mainly on legal advice and support through telephone and email, we also introduce people to labor unions, lawyers, and labor standards supervisors. We established a foreign laborer support center in 2019 to provide consultations to technical interns, international students, and refugees on topics such as labor and daily life. |
